Join us for this "hands on, make n’ take" cooking class! Learn the essentials of preparing squash like a pro!

This is a unique opportunity to learn in the home kitchen of LANEY & LU's founder, Jen. At this small group workshop we'll tackle three different squash varieties. We will learn about their health benefits, discuss preparation techniques, and demonstrate a variety of unique and inspired recipes.

This workshop is hosted by Jennifer Desrosiers, founder of LANEY & LU, and Katie O'Connor, founder of Katie O'Connor Wellness.
