When is the bakery (GINGER FOX) opening?
Exciting things are happening over at the bakery with a full renovation. We are hoping to be opening in late summer.
What is the bakery (GINGER FOX) going to have?
The bakery will have a mix of traditional bakery items along with some alternative baking options. The menu will have pastries like assorted muffins and scones, croissants, cookies, bars, pies, cakes, breads, fresh quiche, artisan breakfast and lunch sandwiches, coffee, tea, and espresso.
Will it be gluten free and vegan?
The bakery will offer some exciting options that are vegan. We will also be adding some gluten friendly items to the menu as well. However, the bakery will contain a lot of flour, so while we will do our best, there will be an unavoidable possibility of cross contamination due to the nature of the business.

We are still in recipe development at this time. Although we will be making upgrades to the recipes and ingredients, you will be able to find a lot of the classics remain.
