Jennifer has a B.S. in Architectural Engineering, and her experience includes 20 years in manufacturing in which she held executive positions focused on massive revenue generation and growth. She is most notably known as the founder and CEO of LANEY & LU, an inspired eatery in Exeter and Portsmouth, PALETTE, an experiential food and gifting company, and GINGER FOX, an artisan bakery coming soon to Stratham. Stef Heitz
Chief of Brands
Stef is the Chief Creative Officer, branding guru, and culture keeper for LANEY & LU. She plans and curates the social media presence for an audience of over 22,000 followers. She organizes quarterly photo shoots which highlight the restaurants brand/culture and seasonal menus. She also leads and facilitates brand collaborations with local and national partners. As former House Leader, Stef works very closely with the 25+ team members as a coach and mentor. Her outgoing, positive attitude and impeccable work ethic inspire them to shine.
Always intrigued by and drawn to the hospitality industry, Stef utilized her passion and determination to learn all she could about restaurant operations and management. During her years earning her undergraduate degree in business from the University of New Hampshire, she would sometimes work as many as three jobs to ensure her continued growth and forward momentum in an industry she loves. From food runner, to hostess, to server, to bartender, to manager, her drive has no doubt been the key to her leadership success.
